What are the Water Park hours?

Sunday 10:00 am  to 8:00 pm
Monday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Tuesday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Wednesday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Thursday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Friday 10:00 am  to 9:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am  to 9:00 pm

The KeyQuest Arcade is open one hour prior to the water park opening and one hour after closing, each day. 

Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Park?
We do have individual changing areas and restrooms for guests.  The park is also equipped with private lockers that are available to rent for $5 per day.  They are on a on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are towels provided in the resort?
Towels are ONLY provided to guests staying at the hotel.  Day pass guests must provide their own towels.  Overnight guests will receive their towels at the water park front desk.  All resort towels must remain in the resort. 

What age is a child required to have an adult chaperone?
Children 15 years or younger are required to have adult supervision. Teens 16 and older can enjoy CoCo Key unaccompanied by an adult

If I did not book a Water Park package, but I am staying at the Crowne Plaza Boston North Shore can I still experience CoCo Key?
Guests booking a water park package and day pass visitors are allowed access into the park. In order to guarantee entrance to CoCo Key, tickets must be purchased in advance on our website, www.cocokeywaterresort.com.  Those booking non-water park hotel packages, they would be require to purchase tickets in advance before entering the park.

Do I have to pay to enter the park if I'm not swimming?

Yes, all those ages 2 and older are required to purchase a ticket into CoCo Key.  Children 23 months or YOUNGER have complimentary access to the Water Park. Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the Water Park for a nominal fee.

Is the water chlorinated?
All attractions in the water park are chlorinated and filtered. Attractions are tested frequently throughout the day by trained and certified staff to verify that water quality is at the guidelines determined by state and local agencies.

Are there any health restrictions relative to the waterpark attractions?
It is recommended that any persons with pre-existing medical conditions, women who are pregnant or those with a sensitivity to chlorine not utilize the water attractions. Each individual and/or guardian is encouraged to evaluate the ability to participate.

What is CoCo Key Water Park's reservation and cancellation policy?
To book a water park package, you can contact on reservations team at 866.754.6959.  Reservations can also be made on our website at www.cocokeywaterresort.com.  All reservations are pre-paid and guaranteed with a credit card.  You are able to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. 

What are check-in and check-out hours?
Hotel guests are able to check into their rooms at 4pm on day of arrival.  On day of departure, check-out time is at 11am.  There are no guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs.  Those water park guests will have access to CoCo Key beginning at 3pm on day of arrival until 3pm on day of departure. 

What are the Water Resort Rules & Regulations?

  • Guests must adhere to lifeguard and CoCo Key staff instructions at ALL TIMES.
  • Proper attire is required when outside the water resort. - shoes & cover-ups please.
  • Appropriate and clean swimwear required.
  • NO cut-offs or swimwear with exposed metal zippers, buckles, rivets or loose strings.
  • CoCo Key reserves the right to remove/refuse admittance to any person failing to comply with rules.
  • Management reserves the right to change rules and regulations without notice.
  • Lifeguards enforce rules and respond to aquatic emergencies.
  • Parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.
  • Height rule: Must be 48" inches or taller to ride Gator Gush, Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge slides.
  • Height and behavior rules are posted at each attraction for your safety.
  • Lifejackets are available on a first-come basis and must remain within the water resort.
  • Rafts, floatation devices, snorkels, and toys are prohibited.
  • NO glass or breakable items allowed.
  • NO outside food or beverage.
  • NO pets allowed.
  • Please shower BEFORE & AFTER using chlorinated attractions.
  • CoCo Key Water Resort is an aquatic environment - be prepared to get wet!
