Monday – Friday: 5:30AM – 10:00PM
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00AM – 10:00PM
- Ab Blast: Fifteen minute class designed to improve and maintain the strength and flexibility to the abdominals and back extensors.
- Aqua Aerobics: Challenging and fun water workout designed to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness. Good for all ages and fitness levels.
- Body Flex: This total body sculpting class involves the use of the step, free weights, and more. This class focuses on toning and strengthening all muscle groups.
- Core: This class focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles of the abdomen, pelvis, and back using various apparatus to enhance core strength and stability. Core strength can lead to more efficient use of all muscles and better posture.
- Liquid Muscle: Challenging complete body workout designed to hit all major muscle groups. Using the resistance of water and buoyancy bells gain strength and range of motion. Good for those who need to increase strength, but do not enjoy the weight room.
- Pilates: Systematic way to achieve optimal strength, tone, flexibility, and posture. Emphasis is on neutral spine and natural pelvic alignment, and their relationship to core stability and peripheral mobility.
- PiYo: circuit style class using free weights, cardio drills, and more to enhance fitness level and burn calories!
- Boot Camp: Fifteen minute class designed to improve and maintain the strength and flexibility to the abdominals and back extensors.
- Spinning: Indoor stationary cycling that is designed to improve lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. All levels welcome.
- Zumba: Combines basic fitness movements with easy to follow dance steps. Latin and International music is played during the class-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program.

All group exercise classes are for CoCo Key Hotel guests ONLY (Fee $10 per).
- Fee for use of pool and spa (Fee $5 per).
- Use of cardio room is complimentary for adults.
